People dislike Part 3 of Orion Pax trilogy? That was the first episode I boarded on… T_T

D’aw don’t feel bad…

C’mere you

Besides, I’ve never heard anyone say anything bad about the boarding or animation on that episode. It’s just like the anon in my original ask said, people were a a smidge miffed that Optimus got his memories back after 3 episodes.

Transformers Prime Discussion: Floor Space Symbolism

draqua:

At the end of Orion Pax Part 3, the camera zooms in on the Autobot symbol on the floor before cutting to black; symbolizing Optimus’ return to the Autobot side, his reunification with his family, and ushers in the new season proper.

Woo yeah!

But at the end of Toxicity, the last episode to air before the S2 break, a near-dead Bulkhead falls through the Ground Bridge and completely obscures the symbol before cutting to black.

I dunno.  I just think it’s neat.

It’s a little hard to see… but he fell on the symbol while trying to practice walking in Out of the Past too…

Well, hey; look at that: Arcee feels!

…and now I’m sad.

In under two minutes, Transformers Prime does what Beast Machines failed to do in 26 episodes: make me emotionally invested in a desolate Cybertron and instill the desire to see it and its populous restored.

Lonely robot in a wasteland…
